Why is it so difficult to get a shipping label?!

So I purchased a Mavic Pro about 2 months ago and bought the Care Refresh. Well, it had an accident so I need to send it off for service. Submitted an online service request on Sunday, where it said to wait 24-48 hours for the shipping label to be emailed to you. Tuesday afternoon I contacted support, they basically told me to wait a bit longer. Called Wednesday and told them what was going on. They supposedly submitted another request and told me to wait another 24-48 hours for the label in an email. Well today is now Friday and guess what? NO LABEL. Why is it so difficult to get a shipping label?! This is getting ridiculous. Any help or advice here?

I sometimes seen threads like this where it turns out the label email ended up in the person's junk email folder, so you might check there to see if that's the case this time as well.

I waited 3 weeks then just took it to a ups store and sent it myself. Never got the promised label.

Hi,

I have the same problem. I didn't receive the label

I have sent the request 2 weeks ago. it's accepted, but never got the label. And no, it's not in my junk mailbox.

What should I do!? Thanks for your help,
