After the Upgrade there should have been a .txt file generated in the same folder as the .bin file

You can check the present firmware version of the drone by this route to confirm whether it had upgraded successfully: power on the drone, RC and connect it to DJI GO app---Enter Device---upper right “…” icon---General Settings--- About.

Used sd card method to attempt to update my phantom 3 pro. After copying the files and starting the installation process, the phantom 3 made the upgrade sounds as many have mentioned, making four "disk read" sounds in a s row, over and over again. Then instead of transitioning to the two short followed by long sound, it just makes the "disk read" sound constantly....and constant hum? Red lights in front and blinking yellow in back. Should I just power off in the middle? It's been over 40 minutes! Thanks.
