I'm looking for an Osmo carrying case that will also stow the Z-Axis arm. Can anyone recommend one? Thanks in advance for your help.

I had that same problem.  The Z-Axis is really an essential accessory so to have cases that don't hold it seems ridiculous to me.  I have seen a couple commercially, but they all had issues, either very low quality or ridiculously expensive.  Ultimately I had to resort to a kind of DIY solution.  I posted a thread about it on Phantom Pilots along with my eventual solution, complete with many pictures.  Basically I bought a knockoff Pelican case from Sam's Club with the Pick-N-Pluck style foam, it was just big enough to hold my Osmo+ and all my accessories.  Here is the thread:
