I was changing the ND filter and saw a dust trapped, wiped with my polar pro cloth (stupid) and had the lens scratched.
The scratch is on the inner lens.
Anything I can do? Will it affect my image or video?

Please take photos or videos to check if there is lines in original footage.

From the photo it looks more like a chip than a scratch. Are you sure it isn't just a stubborn speck of dirt? Try a gentle clean with a good lens cleaning fluid just in case.
