The app complain that is not compatible with screen resolution and crashes.


Can't use Osmo.

Paniza, may I have more details of the issue you encountered?
The APP constantly crashes when you connect to Osmo Mobile? It is closed automatically when you run the APP, right?
What is the version of your APP?  Have you reinstalled?

Hi Mindy,

I get a popup saying this app might not be compatible. Then it crashes right the way.

Support asked me to get an older version. I will try that.

Any other tip?

We never saw the error message like that, that will be a good choice to downgrade the APP, please keep me updated if the problem persists.

S8 has an Asian model with a different processor. That could be it.

Edit: Never mind... I read the ticket again and support just said Go 3 it is not compatible with S8. Sight.

Btw, Lichi app works without any issues.
