I had a problem with the Mavic gimbal moving around in an erratic manner. turns out I was not the only one. The drone was sent in for repair. I received a different drone that had a problem with the camera not working. After Technical assistance could not help, I sent it back. They sent back another drone and controller, and third time's a charm, it works great! One recommendation I would have for DJI, is that they send the shipping tags in a timely manner. I had to call them twice to finally get a tag to return the second drone.
