Hello to everyone !

I've sent my Mavic pro for repair, it was delivered to Dji europe on friday morning:

"Delivered On:
Friday,  28/07/2017 at 10:18

Left At:
Dock

Received By:
MARLON"

Since then, I had not recived any kind of update/actualization by Dji. I would like to have more information about the status of my drone.

Also, I have not been able to find if after I got my drone repaired I will be able to purchase the DJI care ?

My case number is: CAS-781489-H6Z1X3

It usually takes 1-5 business days to unpackage and record the drone in our system, I will help to expedite the process.
When you receive the drone, please send email to djicare@dji.com with serial number and the case number, my colleague will guide you to purchase DJI Care Refresh.
By the way, great shot, we are glad you enjoy it.
