Been using iPhone 7+ and IPad Pro 9.7inch, both with 256gb memory no issues 14 flights. Might be a memory size issue, just guessing but seams more like an Android compatibility issue. Hope all get answers soon.

You can't say it's an Android compatibility issue since there are different models running different Android OS versions as well. And since some models have not experienced issues, it seems more appropriate to say, some Samsung models are having an issue. My HTC U11 is having no problems with the app.

Read again, again and again !!

Several reports with different brands: Asus, Huawei, Samsung and including an IPHONE 6.

And your bright conclusion is "some Samsung models are having an issue"
Ok, I give up !

Let me just try to explain the part of "Samsung users like how many ??? A lot ..."

Hmm, so it's definitely not an Android issue since we have an Iphone 6 having problems too, okay cool.

Be sure to rate and review DJI Go4 in the Android app store. Don't know what else will motivate DJI to employ effective software quality assurance practices. Releasing buggy software has been an issue for at least nine months and there's zero sign of improvement or willingness to improve.

Hi
Random crashes with DJI GO 4  V4.1.5 on Samsung galaxy S7 edge  (sometimes works about 30 secs, but often crashes instantly on startup.)
Seems to work a bit better on the IOS devices I have tried, but signal still lost app  after a while( latest update on IOS)
Had zero problems with disconnections on the previous version of the Go App..

The above mentioned problems applies to both my Spark and my Mavic with the latest firmwares.

/Jonas

1. Operations before and when the Android device crashes
2. Aircraft model

1 the DJi GO 4 app 4.1.5 crashes as soon as the aircraft comes online too. Order of operation, switch on phone. Start up RC controller, lauch app. All is fine. Switch on Mavic, immediate crash to crash within 10 secs at most.
2. Mavic (bought 7 days ago)
3. Android version 7.0 (phone bought 7 days ago to be able to fly Mavic)
4. DJI GO 4 app version 4.1.5 (no crash for v4.1.3 and v4.1.4)
5. New to android. Need to figure out how to access the phone's SD card. Will take longer.

Thx for looking into the issue Diana. Cheers

May I suggest someone from the tech team us a S7 with Dji Go version 4.1.5.

It will most probably crash non stop. The app has a problem. Seems obvopus reading the thread. Someone of the support asked me to.... Format my SD card. We found the solution. Rollbzck to 4.1.4. So Dji you should first acknowledge the problem in the app. Then rollback the app. Then look for the problem.

Yes, I was going to add that part about IOS, obviously not as many models, but yes a few different OS versions. It seems to me that because IOS is pretty cut and dry without a lot of extra layers, lends to being more stable. I did go through the Android reviews and not all the 1-2 stars state which model they have. Although there are a bunch of Samsung devices and they are notorious for having heavy UI layers that bog down the system. This is a huge reason why many will not buy a Samsung device. Then again, there are some Pixels that were having problems as well. That is stock OS, but who knows if they are rooted, modded, etc. Same as with any device, who knows what else they have loaded up that may be causing problems.

Me too crash 4.1.5 with Huawei P10 Plus....

On http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/dji ... go-4-4-1-4-release/    there are two variant of DJI GO 4- ver 4.1.4 :
- dji.go.v4_4.1.4-1025428_minAPI19  and

Sick of this app & tired of no feedback from DJI.

Most recent update made the app unusable.

Constant crashes, phone feels like its about to explode.

Not to mention the awful UI issues that were NOT present in the previous versions. Now the icons are huge, cant see all data (sats etc)

And dont get me started on the very worrying disconnects.

Really really poor from DJI.
