Has anyone had problems logging into their DJI Account. Got home wanted to view my days vids and seem to be locked out of remote and can't log back in

I havent had any problems. I installed go4 on my new tablet and loged in ok. Maybe your firewall is blocking it. I just rolled back firmware and its trying to update again. I think I would have to be loged in to do that.

Please try to restart the controller and connect the WiFi/network. Alternatively, I would recommend you to  verify your DJI Account by logging our official website or DJI Assistant 2.

Hi there.

I am a new owner/ flier for my Mini 2 and as such I am new to dromes. I tried to login to the forum for help questions but all I kept getting were page after page of greyed out pages even after creating my DJI account.....Very complicated enrolement.......  not happy at all.
