I would really appreciate either a zoom lens, or a turret with a 20mm, 40mm, and 60mm lens, operable form the controller. A working aperture would also be a serious improvement to to the lens that is now standard.

Life would be great.

Definitly a longer lens, at least 100mm.

It would need some type of built in image stabilization I would imagine.
I bought the I1 banking on the hopes of more camera/lens options in th future but I'm really starting to doubt DJI will provide anything that obvious and practical, haha.

A forward facing camera in the nose so when its being used as a 2 man operation the pilot can still see in front

Absolutely right!

Prop guards.  They saved my bacon a couple of times on the Phantom.

Hi,

Would like to see the follow,

- Follow Me
- Point camera where you want to film and whatever you do flying always pint to that place.
  You can do it when have 2 controlers but use one and handy to have this function.
- Posible to ad other camera for example GoPro, at this moment makes better movies than i can do with included camera
- Ground Station
- Way points
- Follow me function

But guess many things can be done, still hope they can do some nice addons.

I would like to have a "Gimbal Arm" to be able to pick up small items. (Since the gimbal is modular a third party could possibly design many things)

Set the camera facing a particular direction and it will pan to stay pointing toward that compass heading independent of the aircraft's orientation

Follow me is a joke as long as it is using the GPS of your phone/controller, its just not accurate enough

The second feature already exists in the Inspire 1

I would love to see a second camera option for those using two remotes. The second camera could be fixed in first person mode so the operator that is controlling flight always has a clear front view of the drone. Maybe even allow the flight controller to switch cameras back and forth to see what the second remote is filming.

Longer lens. Tough not to disturb wildlife without a long lens.
