Wonder if they are they still allowed on the ISS, they were flying Japanese ones up there recently...

What do NASA use DJI drones for?

This is what happens when you treat your users like babies and force them to log in just to use the product.  And then tell them when&where they can fly.  I hope DJI gets everything they've got coming to them.  This is just the start.

If all U.S. federal agencies ban DJI products as suggested above, what is going to happen to all those drones?  Sell them all on the used market?  Or perhaps they'll bury them in the desert next to all of those E.T. Atari game cartridges?

DJI is one of those rare companies that tries harder than any other to put itself out of business.   Looks like they will soon succeed in that endeavor.

Listen to yourself ... you make no sense at all (again).
Can you imagine why a company would try to go out of business?

Dude? Who uses that term?

Unfortunately we better get used to it, because I think the term is quite popular with the Spark demographic.

this all all getting quite silly ban here ban there
if it was not for the idiot brain dead in this World all this would not be happening

Not only that but all the people who have this irrational fear of drones spying on them and the high pitch noise the drone makes. But mostly it's the media who want to stump this technology to the gound.

The media here advertise that they are using DJI Inspire drones to help get the news.

Now I am wondering about the OP's story. I can't find any news report to verify the information that DJI products were banned at any NASA facility. I am not saying it did not happen but if it did it is a secret.
Edit: I sent a request to NASA for confirmation of the DJI ban.
