Hello!

Since the last update, when i'm filming, the camera goes up and down without touching anything... After, it return stable. Last Saturday, i was on a outdoor bike show and this problems appear 3-4 times... Someone have this issue?

Have you checked the remote's calibration? Check that flight's playback and turn on the remote's inputs to see if there was any input from the wheel when the unwanted movement happened. That would tell you if it came from the control or it happened by itself.

Please also do a gimbal calibration, if it is still the same, please post a video about it for better assistance.

The gimbal is very hot when i record video on sd and i lost live video.help me.i have chamche sd,i calibrate gimbal and imu,but there is the problem.i disperate!

Is the drone still recording video after you lost the live view?  Have you got any error message on the APP? What mobile device are you using?

Yes the drone record video after lost live image.the app don't give error.i exit to app and back in camera,so live video is ok....if i record video again,after a few second the live image is stopped

Have you tried formatting your SD card?

Dude, you're going to have to help yourself a little before we can help you.  You should try other things (phones/tablets etc...), maybe try testing without really flying around to see if you can discern anything.  From what you've said, it seems to me it doesn't like your phone.  If you can, try another device to see if the problem persists.  Rule your phone in our out.

The problem persist.

The prolem persist

I have the same problem 2 months, random off camera and gimbalu reset. Did any updates. It used to be normal. I'm afraid to fly and wait for the next update to solve it.

You have resolve the problem?tou think that the last upgrade can do this problem?the sd card nees format in fat 32 o ntfs?i have upgrade at 1.11.20 and you?

The live video stopped after a few second.depend of update?

From my part, the problems stop after reseting the gimbal! All is good now!
