Dear Support,
Thanks for the reply.
I make a small calculation to understand the difficulty that I find and why
The answer you gave me did not satisfy me.
133 days have passed since I bought Inspire 2 + X5S.
The days spent with assistance are 42 compared to the two cases:
CAS-643406-L7G6L9 closed;
CAS-826646-H4X1D1 still open.
This means that one-third of the time
is spent on maintenance at the Dutch DGI Support.
I want to point out that a third of the time spent with you can have three causes:
1 non-professional hardware and software.
2 Maintenance is not the time and level of built hardware and software.
3 I'm particularly unlucky.
You choose,
Answer me which of the three causes is the right one.
I'm waiting for more convincing answers.

You have our sincere apologize for the unpleasant experience so far.
For the first case, it took 2 weeks for the whole process when we received the package because the data analysis extended the process, very sorry about it.
I've checked the current case status , it has been through quality evaluation and will be shipped out very soon. The process is normal and it takes 6 days since the package was received.
In conclusion, the delivery time is a bit long and we apologize that drone was sent in for the second time because of malfunction.
We will keep improving our products to make your experience with us better.

Dear Mindy,
I am a photographer and I use the Nikon D4, flagship of NIKON machines.
If the machine fails to send it to Turin and if the maintenance exceeds 3 days I will be sent a replacement Nikon D4.
I'm talking about Professional Cost Camera equivalent to Inspire 2 + x5s.
I am still saying that maintenance support has to do so much more.

I have the same experience... Can I just have a refund for the drone and go somewhere else?
20 minutes in the air  with a bad wifi signal, wont connect, they blame me.... it's like working with a child!
