Pressing and holding the on/off switch doesn't change anything. The battery has around 15 cycles.

if i recall corectly that because the battery did not finish updating. Plug the batter back in to the drone and finish doing the update. I normally leave my drone update for about 30-60 min.
Please refer to Russ's suggestion, put the battery back to the aircraft to update the firmware again.
If the problem persist, please discharge and charge the battery fully once.
