Hello. I'm looking for info on how to change the quality of photos on the spark. The stills look horrible. I saw you can change it in the app but I don't have the button they refer to in the video I watched on my app. Any help is appreciated.

What do you mean they look horrible? They are 4K since last update you can't change it to lower quality. Just download them from sd card. On your phone you have only cached pics.

The image size can not be changed manually. It will change automatically when you use different shootings: 3968×2976 for regular; 1440×1080 with Shallow Focus; 2300×1280 with Pano (horizontal); 960×1280 with Pano (vertical).
Could you please tell us more detail about "horrible"? We'd love to help more.

Hey guys. Thanks for the replies. I thought I would get a notification on the app if anyone replied but I did not so I apologize for my own late reply. Guess I will just have to keep an eye on this thread. But yes, the images are very blurry and soft. I'm not a photographer so I don't know the correct terms but low quality would come to mind in describing the photos as well. I will attach a photo so you can see what I'm talking about.

You phone SD card or spark SD card?

Low light performance of spark is not very good, I would use the tripod mode with a very long exposure and low ISO

Checked the pics, I still think your photos are coming out better than mine. Especially the one of the shop of mine. That was high noon no clouds and it looks pretty dang rough.
