Hi guys,
Like the title, what is the speed of aircraft when it is in the active track mode?
I tried active track once and seems like the speed is as fast as sport mode.

Another food for thought: Some people reported their Spark dropped/flyaway during active track or sport mode, so, if active track also has the same speed with sport mode, would the speed has anything to do with those issues?

It doesn't have the designated speed for Active Track. It depends on the target to some extent. But if the target moves too fast, the drone might lose the tracking object and it will hover there, once the drone recognizes the tracking object again, it will continue the tracking.

Thanks for the quick reply. Then, I can understand that if the object is moving too fast, Spark will be able to reach it fastest speed (Equivalent to Sport mode speed ~50kmph)?

It is not related with the speed directly. And the track speed should be less than Sport speed(equivalent to the maximum speed in P mode).

Tested up to 40km/h. Works ok.

I went up to 45 kph (28 mph or 12,5 metre-sec) that day. D't know if Spark could have handled faster.

Pretty good tracking.  I don't think it can manually normal mode follow that fast.  Switching to sport mode disables the roll gimbal and the screen tilts which sucks.

Really amazing how well the Spark has done this!
