Newbee here.  I would like to use my iPad Gen 2 (iPad 2) with my Phantom 4.  The DJI Go on my iPhone 5s works fine but, I would like to have a larger screen.
The app store says "Can not download.  This app is not compatible with your device."  Is there anything I can do to download and use DJI Go 4 with my Phantom 4?
Thank you.

Hi LV2FLY..This is 'copied from my other post 'my new i-pad mini 4'....have a look at the link that list the approved tablet/phone fo dji go 4...Hi All..Just to give you an update after buying a 'apple i-pad mini 2 from https://uk.webuy.com/ and spending a long phone call to apple/support who were VERY helpfull in finding out why I could not install the dji go 4 app they found out be looking at the 'f-(number) on the back of my i-pad that THIS WAS NOT a mini 2 BUT just a mini !!! And that is why the app would not work..I was sold the wrong item !! The support team also supplied me a full list of how to identify your I-pad https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201471 which may be of use to anybody. So after taking 'that' wrong i-pad back to the store I have now got a apple i-pad mini 4 .Set it all up and finally managed to download / install and run the DJI GO 4 APP. O-JOY'S..I just hope that when I get to use it that it run's O.K. Time will tell..I hope that this is some help to other's ..All the best and happy flying...

Gidday HGV Trucker and thank you for all the great info and websites.  I'll check it out.  I bought the used iPad 2 specifically to fly with but, I guess I should have done some more homework and not assume all iPads are compatible with DJI Go 4 or any DJI Go for that matter.  My DUH!
I'd love to have a bigger screen but, lack the $$$$ to buy a new comparable pad so I guess the iPhone 5s will have to do for the time being.  Thank you again and Blue Sky to you.

Just as 2# mentioned, some previous IOS may be not compatible with DJI GO. Check the serial number of Mobile About will be helpful to verify. And below is the recommended list, just for reference:
