So.. there was an IOS update last week, 3.1.14 and *some* improvement..

I have an iPad mini 2.. and while it's a little better, the feed gets choppy after a minute or two.. and I still get the CPU overload message.

Is anyone having any luck with newer iPads? Android versions?

I don't want to buy/replace if issue persists with newer devices..

Which drone model are you specifically referring to here?

My Phantom 3 Pro, has been fine with the latest updates of firmware and the recently improved Go app.
My device of choice, has been awesome from day one. An iPad Air2 64gb Cellular. No cellular network installed.

Ok, no biggie! Ha
You might try to uninstall the app, delete your internet cache and cookies, then reboot the device before you try a reinstall of the  "Power Hungry" Go app.

And do not run other apps in the background when you are running the DJI GO 4 APP.

Thanks for replies, fresh reinstall of app, no apps running in background. As mentioned, the most recent update helped a little, but still laggy & choppy feed and up until last two updates, the iPad and all other components have worked like a charm.

The Go app 4 can not used with a P3 i think. But Diana is right. Do not start anything else if you are using the Go app.
