Hello Fellow Dronies....on DJI website listed Spark "Max Flight Distance" is 9 km - 5 miles +?  Is this a misprint? and has anyone take Spark beyond 2 miles?

i believe thats max flight distance overall, for aircraft. Check the remote max transmission distance, its listed at 1.2mi/2km.

This guys just made it to the 3KM mark!!

Think this is possible if just talking about max flight distance on a single battery. I took mine 1.5KM out and back and when 2KM the other way and back in a single charge. Thats 7KM flight distance if the definition is correct.

I did almost 1.8 miles yesterday one way...

If going for distance we always just do one way. U cant add the whole flight doesnt make sense lol then i would have 10 miles and spark doesnt do that when they say max transmission distance it is one way!

9 km is the flight distance, don't mean you fly straight.
You could circle around you in sport mode, 9km at 50 km/h is 10.8 minutes, so that seems boring but doable.
