Hi ,

My remote said , I had to calibrate .
Im a mac user so I did the calibration menu in DJI Assitant 2 but at the end of the tutorial I get "frame Alligment Error"

I tried the same thing on windows 7 under VM ... I get the same error

Then I tried the same phantom on a native windows 10 pc and that worked instantly .

I think there is a bug in the calibration wizard when it is combined to mac or a vm .
I uses VMWare Fusion 8.5.8 with mac Sierra 10.12.6

I have the latest firmware on my phantom and the latest assistant


After the error I mentioned I don't ever can push the "calibrate now" which is grayed out with a spinning wheel besides it so I don't see any dots that I learned on the good test that I have to see .

So I wanted just to give notice of these deficulties

change your screen size, or can you post screenshots of your error? and the calibration screen

You may need to adjust the screen resolution.

What would be the right resolution then ? I use 1920x1200 so nothing fancy I think

What was the screen size and resolution of the screen of the native windows 10 pc?  Maybe some screens  have too much resolution and by reducing it you simply get bigger pixel "aggregates"wich might make the image unsuitable...

The native pc was 1220 x 1024 . So the proportions are different but im very sur no mac pro can calibrate

I am also unable to calibrate on MacBook Pro at resolution 1280 x 800

I would believe the refresh rate has influence on the result more than the resolution, don't know what is possible to ajust on a Mac but worth a try.
