'The Chinese dronemaker DJI has all its drones equipped with a private mode, in which no data is shared over the internet. The addition seems to be a response to privacy concerns around the company, reports The Verge on Tuesday. For example, the US Army recently temporarily stopped using DJI equipment because of concerns about cybercrime.  In private mode, it is still possible to stream video from the drone to a mobile device, but no further data is shared via the internet with DJI or others. Also streaming to video sites is not possible in private mode.  DJI warns that the feature will not be available in places where local laws require drones to have an internet connection. According to the dronemaker, the function is especially suitable for users with "increased data security needs".  The feature will be added over the next few weeks via a software update.'

Thanks. Couldn't find it so I used a translation from a Dutch newspaper .

or just fly in AIRPLANE MODE  and stay below FW .800
