I have the same problem. I have logged in a bunch of times. I have deleted and reinstalled the app with no luck. It's really frustrating. This morning I missed a good sunrise because of this.

Sorry, I had no idea that you used IOS device. It is a known issue by our R&D department. They are working hard to get it fixed at present.

If you have android device, you can use it temporarily before the issue fixed and enjoy the flight. Thank you very much for your concern and kindly understanding.

Have you tried to re-install the APP and log in your DJI account? If no helps, I would recommend you to restart both the drone and APP when the message appeared again.
