Here's a couple I've taken my first couple of days with the Spark. Loving it so far!

Except for the scary bounce/drop onto the ground, I was happy to get the 180degree firmware update on my vacation.  
Slapping together some of the footage over the next few days. Will share whenever that's done.

It was , weather has been pretty poor here lately, just got a break and headed to the island for a couple of days.
It's back to 80kph winds for the next week, so not much flying this week.

you could probably fly your phantom in those winds tho right? i had my spark in 50KPH gusts so i assume the phantom can do 80?

You can fly phantom in 40/50 kph remember although it has bigger engines it also has bigger body, so it's always a risk if you get sudden gusts, I did a test in 35 kph winds hovering,  spark moved almost 2 metres from its hovering point after 10 seconds, Mavic about a metre P4Pro was not more than a couple of inches, while they all manage flying the wind really well, gusting winds can be a problem.

that is a valid point. i was very surprised with how the spark handled. it was on almost a 45 degree angle the whole time trying to compensate but it barely moved.

Well done DJI in that regard.

Well done DJI in that regard.

Flew mine in about 15knots (so ~28kph) with higher gusts and was also amazed by how stable it was.

Drained batteries like a hungry hippo so mainly just kept it low level in sport mode and blasted it round like road runner. Tend not to fly if it's above 20mph though as just not worth the risk of a blow away and crash.

Great stuff, I've been myself had Mavic there for a week, I'm going out again on the 29th of this month will be bringing my spark, so hopefully won't be to windy.
