When I start a recording, after an amount of time, the recording stops itself. That goes in 7 steps:
First, I can see 'No Signal' in the DJI GO app.
Second, the fans stop working.
Third, the gimbal moves in an unexpected way.
Fourth, the recording stops.
Fifth, fans start working again
Sixth, 'No Signal' is gone
Seventh, I can start the recording again
How can I solve this?
There are also some other things that I notice, but I don't know whether it has to do with this problem. those things are difficult to explain, so I made a video make it clear.
There are several threads regarding this already. DJI Thor says the issue has been recognised by the engineers and they are working on a resolution. Fingers crossed it's timely.

Does the issue appear recently? Do you use the original SD card? Please confirm so that I would check with our engineers the exact status.
Sorry for my late response, I was on holiday
Yes, it started a few days before my first post.
I'm not using the original SD-Card, but a Samsung Pro Plus MicroSDXC UHS-I Card.
I knew solution wasn't the best word to use, but I'm just happy that I don't have to send it in . For now, 24 FPS will be good enough, but I hope indeed that DJI comes with a firmware update soon to solve this issue. Are they usually fast when it comes to such updates? Will it be a matter of weeks or months?

There are several threads around this within the forums. Positively, DJI Thor says this is now a recognised issue and is with the engineers. I wouldn't be expecting a fast resolution, then if it comes quickly, it'll be a nice surprise.

Our engineers are aware of this issue and they will try to fix it in the next update. Appreciate your patience.
