What they say about checking before each flight is true, apparently.

The bottom of motor 1 simply fell out while handling the S1000 the other day, with all 4 screws simply not there.

Luckily it was not flying.

I put four more screws in, placed "masking tape" over each so I could notice if they came loose again and rechecked each engine mount screw.   All screws on top werer fine, but on 4 of the motors, I could give a 1/8th tightening turn by hand, without much effort.

Forewarned is forearmed.

I use Loctite 222 (purple) on all my motor screws (in fact all screws). It is designed for screws that may have to be removed at a later date but holds things quite securely. * hex *
