Before the last 4.1.5 upgrade I used to be able download video from the DJi GO4 app to my Ipad 4 mini Camera Roll.
Now it comes up with an error:
Download Failed
Video Inport Failed. Possible cause; slow-motion, or shorter-than-6-second videos.

Anybody else getting this, I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Just to verify, is it a Phantom 4? What is the format of your video? Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message?

Hi DJI Diana,

Yes my Phantom is a P4, the format is in MOV I did try MP4 and the same thing happened.
Will try to attach a screen shot as on my first attempt the file was too large so I  will have to downgrade.
Will give it ago later on today.

I found that a video footage that I did today the one that was 2:10 minutes long downloaded to to my Ipad 4 mini no problems but the one that was 4:19 minutes came up with the problem as below.

Same problem here.

As you can see the error message, 4K video can't be downloaded via this way.

It just seems a bit strange that the 2 min video along with photo's can be downloaded to my Ipad's camera roll and the 4 min one comes up with the message.
It's also seems strange that the video I have in my camera roll on my Ipad that I downloaded a few weeks through the app that now when I try to download the same video again from the GO 4 app it comes up with the message.

As my around 2 min downloaded and my 4 min didn't.

Later on this week weather permitting, I plan to get the P4 up and take a few video shots for different amounts of time, for instance 2:00, 2:30, 3:00, 3:30 minutes etc and see at what stage the "Download Failed" message comes up.

You can also ask the engineers why I recorded a video of 16 minutes and when I went to see the SD card the video had 1 hour and 4 minutes
the SD card had two MOV files (1080/60p)
one of 44 minutes and the other of 20 minutes
the stranger is that on the tablet the video was normal but in the SD card was in super slow motion!
Unfortunately I deleted the files because I did not think about reporting another problem with phantom 4

This is normal for 60p, the original video of 60p should in slow motion.

but the option I had marked was 1080/30

That is too strange, try to reset the camera settings, then double check the camera settings, try to record a video again. If it is the same, please post a short video about this issue for better assistance. On the video, please show us the camera settings of the drone, then use the drone to record video, then show us the video details.
