Id like to know what mobile device you are using and if it can connect to the spark on the 5G8 band, I will then compile a list for the UK of what we know dose and dose not work

dose not connect on 5G8
app works ok
OTG works ok

Samsung Galaxy tab3 8
Android 4.4.2
dose not connect on 5G8
app opens but will not stream video
OTG connects but will not stream video

Samsung Galaxy S5
Android 6.0.1
dose not connect on 5G8
app works ok
OTG works ok

U.K. Is not only country experiencing this problem, also this is international forum, maybe if you had of included Europeans at least. I didn't realise you had Brexitered yet, lol

Was thinking of doing same post for EU and one for USA (but one thing at a time.

IPHONE 7
No OTG have tried no difference
Have to preform switch from 5.8ghz to 2.4ghz every change of battery ( this is most annoying)

Distance 5.8ghz 358 metres, 2.4ghz 588 metres.

Just to expand a little, dose your device connect direct to the spark on 5G8
