I recently updated to the most recent update for my P3Pro and it sucks. Anyone know how to go back to the previous version or override the 500 meter max distance? The aircraft is not the problem as I have the old update saved, but the controller is where I need assistance.

Had you also updated your DJI GO app? It seems a log in question. Please try to update your app and log in your DJI account first then the limitation will disappear.

That didn't workI. There now is a tab that says , "set max flight distance (15-500 meters) How do I get the old previous app for the controller. If I can't I'm selling both and I'm done with DJI.

I've asked if this version, 1.11.20, can be rolled back but never got a response.  I know with version 1.10.90 they started the no roll back.  

Other than trying the standard way, by putting an older version on the sd card and rebooting, there is this way;

After contacting the chat line regarding my problem and realizing they were of no use, they referred me to a number in Los Angeles (818) 235 0789. They told me to re install the DJI app on my I Pad. No change. I called back and the next guy was not helpful either. In fact he accidentally hung up on me. Through trial and error, I think I figured it out. There is a switch in the app to set max distance. If you turn that on it gives you a range of 20 to 500 meters. I tried turning it off and voila! Fixed. Beginners mistake. Should the tech support not been able to figure this out the first time? Geez!
