Today as i check propelers as a preflight check i realized that one prop was moving a litle when on the motor just a tick not too much so i tried another one with the same problem....Then i realize that one of the 2 screw down of the propeler witch screws the propeller clip ant the motor was not tight at all.....so i tight it put the prop and not the slightest move at all...

Thanks for sharing this with us.  adding this to my preflight checklist.

Maybe this little detail is causing all these problems. Imagine a unit with more screws untight.That may cause mid flight off or other bad behaviors .

Its perfectly possible. I will check my screws now (and propellers feet).

I had never a crash or anything else hard land etc....I check the propellers and saw that one screw was not tight because prop when on was a slight tick moving ...Is it possible to un tight in flights or it came from factory...I dont know .I know for sure that the small almost not viewable vibration that the drone had in hovering is now gone ... Just imagine units that have more screws un tight they fly and during flight these screws un tight more ...this i am pretty sure can cause a mid-flight off

How a tied and not tied screw on Spark should look like? anybody take photos of untight screw? I dont want to over tight the screw and end loosing a motor.

I tight the screw with little force .Just with a little force until the screw driver stops in the lightest force.It is just in your hand you will understand.... BE CAREFOUL NOT OVER TIGHT IT MAY BREAK THE MOTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Metal screws in metal must always have a little threadlocker (glue, i.e. lock-tite), at least in the rc helicopter hobby, where I come from.
Was’nt there any threadlocker?
Is it safe to remove the screws to have a look at them?

it would probably void your warranty and i wouldn't take them all the way off but just to loosen and look at them shouldn't hurt.

Anuvis - thanks for this very practical info; I like your way of checking the AC before flying properly; I too found one screw slightly unloosen just when unpacking the new AC month ago;
What about to add information about the tool into your first post in this thread for anybody to see what tool they shall to use? Just an idea.
