I have only had a very brief time to use my Spark after the new firmware was installed.  One thing that I THINK is different is that it appears only one battery will charge at a time in the battery doc.

Anyone else noticed this?  I probably need to investigate this further.  This observation was based on a quick review.

Hopefully that is a fix to spark falling out of the sky.

I hope so.

Others users are confirming the big temp drop on spark after a flight or even IDLE after update.

Dramitic drop in temperature from my Spark after I updated to newest firmware today.  I'm impressed with DJI.

So if there's a drop in heat, is anybody noticing an increase in battery endurance?  That energy which was generating heat has to remain stored if unused, right?  Just a thought.  I'll find out as I fly.

mine are working fine, i have noticed that sometimes if they're close to being too warm, they can stop due to temps while on the charger.  i've had one stop charging between 75-100% a few times.  usually i just run it a bit and put it back on the board.

Did anyone else get Unable to Fly, unknown error, contact DJI support? I connected back up to Assistant 2 thinking I'd do the update over to see if that fixed it, got a device FW mismatch error, let it do it's thing. Tried that battery, all was well, flew perfectly. So I figured since that battery wasn't the one on the AC when I updated, unknown error = battery needs updated. I did the same to every battery and they all now fly perfectly.

I was doing a timelapse with my DSLR at Cataloochee Ski Area during the eclipse and flying my Spark around.  Seems to be faster, more stable, and have longer battery endurance since the upgrade.

More likely they are running fan harder.. so using a little bit MORE energy.

Few 2 batteries and didn't see much difference today. I noticed that the capacity is 1377 or something like that. seems to be a big degrade with only 16 charge cycles
It has been to Smokey to fly much in Oregon... lots of fires everywhere
I noticed that it flew very well on 5.8G no lag or drops

The charging mechanism of the battery charging hub is:
The battery with the lowest voltage will be charged first.
The battery charging hub will charge multiple batteries at the same time with its maximum rated power.
The battery charging hub will spend the shortest time in charging the three batteries with the largest rated power.
