My Osmo Mobile won´t activate ... it shows on app Device Invalid

i have iPhone 6S updated with the lastest Dji GO app 3.1.15

and i have tried to activate on Samsung S7 Edged also

i have contacted online support and they don´t know how to help me

what sould i do to resolve the issue? Can anyone on Dji help me, my product his not a fake
