How to send in for repairs and change return address

Dear All,

This is my first post on this forum, so I hope that I can get some help because I am utterly confused.
I have got DJI Care Refresh for my Mavic Pro and have filed a request to get it repaired for water damage.
Two things that I am confused about:

1. What do I send in? The things that were damaged were the aircraft with battery inside and remote (I know, how on earth?!). I am confused about what paperwork I have to send too so that they know that it's my drone and remote.

2. I need to change the return adress because I will be back in England for when it returns rather than France as I thought I would be.

Any help from anyone would be massively appreciated, this is my first drone and I am devasted that it's broken, please help!

Cameron, for the Mavic Pro, the aircraft, gimbal, camera, battery and propellers can be replaced by DJI Care Refresh.
But if the battery cannot be delivered, please send picture to our support by online chat or email.
When we received the package, you can contact our support to change the return address.
