So when you landed did you spark shut off on it's own without you turning it off.    Last 2 times up as soon as I land it turns off. I'm looking at roof damage and A/C unit install.  Land it on the roof to save power then normally take off again. Can not have the spark shut off afer landing on a roof.

naaa, me stupid!
I did not stop video recording, but switched off the Spark with "tip-tiiiiiiiiip"
But I have a excuse:
I tilt it in the air, b/c of wet sand as landing spot, only.
So had in the one hand the controller and in the
other a blinking Spark on a beach in the rising darkness.

Tried it tonight and worked fine.  My Spark doesn't turn itself off after landing - it takes my lame brain to do that.  I did end up using ffmpeg to convert the resulting .h264 file to an .mp4.

I turned off the Remote Controller before turning off the recording.....the Spark was still on. Will I be able to save the footage to the SD card anyway? Thanks

You should have the file on the SD card.
Try the link from above, but before:
Just start the bird, remote, App, record another (5 sec. or such) video, and hope that the Spark closes the old file, too

Good luck ;-)
