Hi guys,

So, my issue is when i take a picture on the phantom 4 it looks nice and clear on the app, or when i pop the micro sd into my computer it looks fine, but when the picture automatically goes into my gallery after its taken its completely blurry i can't see anything. Could that be because im using Quickpic gallery on Android or do i need to update something? i reinstalled the app and its giving me the same issue, just through i'd find out why its happening.

Happens on both Android and iOS, either you are shooting DNG files or the P4 is disconnected when you export if you shoot only JPG.

The photos are blurry because they are only the very low resolution preview JPG files that are stored inside the DNG (if your P4 is still connected and you shoot DNG only) or you shoot JPG but you are exporting from the app after you have disconnected the P4 which stores the large, sharp JPG on its SD card.

Agree with Cian McLiam. I would recommend you to check the quality file of SD card.
