I have worked out that many people are having problems with Software updates due to the fact that they did not check the site for the right viewing device! Some of the Android devices seem ok at the start but soon develop problems with future updates, so be very careful when choosing a device for viewing. You may end up hitting your head against the wall for no good reason, apart from the fact you didn't do your homework first.
Perhaps DJI could make it easier for customers by having something on the outside of the box to let the customer know what they need to operate it without headaches! Thanks DJI for a GREAT product!!!!

They do that already on the wrapper on the Inspire 2 box.  All it has is Apple products mentioned.  No Android at all.  Go figger.

Their website list really does need to be updated as a lot of what's there is no more, or no longer works well.
