I have a camera Ozmo Model: FC350Z

The problem is: The name of the wifi does not appear in the mobile.
i tried several times

Please ensure the process of resetting your Wifi settings is correct. If it doesn't work, please ensure that your mobile is in the recommended list.
You can try to connect another mobile device and change another Frequency in “General -wifi setting". Wifi module can also cause this problem, flashing the firmware may help.

I got the same problem my mobil device doesn't show no more the name of the  osmo wifi, so I can´t connect the osmo and the mobile, I tried reset de wifi, didn´t work, install from the SD  and I obtained this:

Leo, did you format your SD card before flashing the firmware?
Please provide the log in the hidden folder for us to analyze the upgrade. Thanks.

What mobile device are you using? Have you changed WIFI settings to 5.8G ever before? Please find mobile device that supports 5.8G to try again, like iPhone.

i am using Motorola g4 with android 6.0, Motorola g2, samsung j7. I try to upgrade with the sd formatted but the osmo stay the whole battery life and nothing happen. I have 2 batteries intelligent an 1 high capacity and all of them are spent and everything remains the same. Just lighting red and green and appears what I showed before

i am having the exact same issue, i have tried all the above and reset wifi. i checked on  iphone 7 and android phone.

Did you flash your osmo successfully? Please check the log in the SD card. If you failed to flash the firmware, please send it back for check.
