Crystal Sky screen shows battery at 0% and Microphone disabled

Hi guys, recently I faced a problem with my DJI Osmo Pro. When I connect my 5.5 Crystalsky to DJI Osmo Pro with the Video Adaptor, the screen shows the battery at 0% and microphone being disabled. As shown in the picture attached.
However, when I view the recorded video (with an external mic),  I realised there were sound recorded.
Battery wise, its running normally just that the Osmo pro will shut down when the battery goes dead.
When I connect my Crsytalsky monitor and handphone with my DJI Osmo pro via WIFI, it works perfectly.
When I connect my andriod hand phone with my DJI Osmo pro via the wired video adaptor, the same problem comes back again.



So I thought maybe there is something wrong with the wired video adaptor, I bought a new one and the same problem happened again.

Someone please help as I have an important videoshoot tomorrow. Thanks!

Terry, sorry for the experience with our products. Please help to verify the follow info:
1. With CrystalSky, have you opened ''Record Audio'' button in Camera Settings?
2. What is the firmware version of Osmo Pro?
3. What mobile device are you using? Android system version?
4. Have you changed another battery? Will the screen show the battery at 0% with all batteries?
