Not sure exactly when this happened, but my spark RC stopped making all noises.  The power on/power off beeping, the RTH alarm etc.

I know its not the end of the world, and the spark flies just fine with it, but I'm curious if there is a way to get it back to how its supposed to be?  DJI wants me to send it in, and I'm not going to be without my RC for a few weeks over some beeping.

I find it most annoying when the Remote is updating its Firmware:  that beep is loud and long, thereby very annoying.

I hope you're right and future Remote updates will go silently.

Mine has gone silent too... but happened before the update... think I won't worry about it. Pretty sure it is the little buzzer inside that has quit (you can hear it make a very faint click when you first turn the remote on.

well, first flight after I posted this the RC magically started making noises again.  I flew about 5 times with the RC silent...now its back.

Oh well, who knows.

Good to hear that. It is unnormal if the RC doesn't make sounds. But we haven't received this report. Please keep us updated if this case happens again.

We don't have this feature of eliminating the sound of the RC yet. Please contact us if the RC doesn't make a sound.

Hi,

I think it is the little buzzer that has gone.. I can hear a faint click when it should be making a noise.
How can I get it fixed? It is only 3 weeks old.

Please try to downgrade your RC and upgrade it again.
Firstly, connect your RC with DJI GO 4.
Enter the DJI GO 4 and long press the icon at the upper right corner.( The interface where you can see enter device)
Then you can select firmware version to download.
If the little buzzer doesn't appear, please inform us.

It has gone totally silent now.....
It works fine to fly the drone, just no sounds.
