i just got new pair from Alpha drone shop at Vegas, Nevada.
i am from Israel and i am here for bussines trip.
i just open the box to give them first try and i nothiced i have one dead pixle.
how come your QC let this things happen?
how can i get help with this? its the first time i am trying to use it and i paid large amount of money to get them

Seems like i have internal scretch on the same screen from the inside (right eye) left eye screen works fine

I would take it back to the Alpha drone shop, DJI would take to long

They cant help. They dont have replacment

I would take it back to the store , get a refund, and reorder another pair thru Amazon.

Yea, your best chance is to have the dji forum moderators help in creating a ticket to return the goggles for repair or replace. It will take time so don’t expect it till January 2018.
