Hello everyone and thanks in advance for any information regarding whether these are genuine dji or not.

I have an email into DJI regarding these batteries. I am just too anxious to know asap so I figured I would post up here.

I recently purchased 7 pre-owned phantom 3 batteries as part of a package with other used items (case, crashed P3P, and other goodies).  The seller claimed they where all original and I'm unable to determine if they are or not.

Here are the numbers on the bottom stickers in referenced to the photos:

I am extremely impressed with dji support, and extremely sorry for bothering you all with this post.  DJI has already responded and verified that all batteries Except for #3 are genuine DJI.  They have no record for battery #3.

Thanks for your feedback, which provides us motivation to keep improving! For the batteries, you can also insert them to the drone, then check the APP. An error message will pop out if the battery is false.

Hello, i got this battery today from a shop i am not sure if it is an authorised reseller. How can i check if it is genuinely a dji spark intelligent battery?

Post the battery serial number, here in the thread,..?

I Hope you can return it, if it’s a counterfeit pack.

My question is always : Does it work ?
Just something to think about : A serial number unless digitally encrypted into the elecronics is really no g'tee of anything - other than the Serial Number itself is genuine - NOT the item its printed on. There are many examples of gear being sold around the world that has 'authentic' serial numbers but in fact is just copied from a genuine article.

There's a popular range of gear, not DJI,  that even went to using Holographic identifiers allied to serial numbers ............. guess what - literally day the company put it out to market - it was already copied and broken.
The only way to be sure of genuine - is for the serial number to be registered against an owner ... then if anyone else asks if its genuine - the body would ask for identification of the person querying and verification.

It is NOT encrypted into the system ... anyone can fake that who has the ability to produce working 3rd party batterys ....

How can they go legit if DJi will not grant Licence to produce ? If they requested DJi to grant licence -  DJI will demand that prices reflect their existing 3 contract factorys items pricing.

Its not fairy tale stuff ... the 3rd partys have cracked how to produce batterys for DJi machines ... regardless of what you may think.

Hi, the battery serial number 6171153130736 shows it's a Phantom 3 battery. While the 6171152751007 gave us no result. Thank you.
