HI GUYS!


Today my Mavic went into the branches of a tree in response to an ActiveTrack action. It went to the right instead of following me straight and changed the quota on his own. I tried to get it out but fell from a height of 2 to 3 meters. Now he reported the following issues:- gimbal doesn't work well;
- some warning on IMU initialising;
- no screen image back (black screen) --> MORE SERIOUS DAMAGE!!!!
- Damaged propellers
- Scratches on the engines, front leds and drone body.


The drone is blind but it seems that meets the rc controls (tested in a small flight). However I fear that has suffered structural damage as well as damage to the camera.

I'm really sorry and I'm going into depression!!! I signed DJI CARE REFRESH at the time of buying the drone, do you know if the Care Refresh will cover my Mavic?

Yes, dji Care will cover everything.

Sorry to hear about the accident, DJI Care Refresh will cover if damage occurs accidentally under normal use to a covered aircraft, gimbal and camera within the period of validity.
