My phone keeps telling there is a virus in the app. I downloaded it straight from the play store. Anyone else having this issue?

What phone? What app is installed to check on virus?

Ditto. Never heard of a virus app for a phone. Either way, I'd say it's junk. If you're loading it from the play store, you're good.

Yeah i loaded it from the play store. I constantly get the message saying there is a virus. I had to reinstall because my drone would only go so far. Reinstalled the app and logged in. That fixed the distance issue but now im told there is a virus.

I don’t know if it’s the same but for my 10 cents worth. I have also had the problem though not with the Go 4. What happened with me was I browsed on an unsecured network and after that got constant messages that my phone had a virus and an option to accept to clean it using an unknown program. There was no virus but would have been had a pressed the yes button. I only got rid of it by deleting the browser and reinstalling it.

I read about the  trend micro app warning for dji go4 app.
My best guess is the protocol it uses to communicate with the server.

Dji go 4 is seen as a potential threat because it has a backdoor method for communicating and logging with Dji and external equipment.  technically speaking it is safe in of itself, however it is also violating a lot of safe practices and potentially posing other security risks that DJi should be aware of and fix.

I also loaded the app from play store and it keeps popping up that it's a virus

How can I fix this problem. Any ideas
