This just happened to day when I was about to fly my mavic drone i suddenly noticed the blurry part of the feed. When I tried to focus or tap into it , just the left part tho. It seems like the focus point was locked on the right side. It doesnt come into focus but i heard the sound that it did focused. Tried C1 and it doesnt work as well. Tried recalibrating the gimbal, the IMu even resetting the camera settings no joy. I have noticed that when i tried to do a portrait photo the unfocused part was now at the bottom but with video mode its goes back to the left side I assumed maybe it was the lens of the camera or something worse would be hardware problem . Should I need to send it to DJI for inspection? I just got this drone for repair last april and now theres a new problem. Would love to upload some videos but I cant at the moment.

I don't usually take photos but here are some of it just to see how it looks like. I do have videos taken but they are in 4K, can I split them and reduce reso? just 10-20 seconds at least. It would take me ages to upload the whole 4K video or just take a look on the images - snapshots on some part of the video just for you guys to see.

The first picture here is the non-portrait mode and the second is the portrait mode. See how the focus part changes on each mode. I'm trying to tap every places but it stays at the same place. I'm thinking that its a hardware problem or something. These two came from the PHOTO mode.

A friend where I tried the Active track mode - I feel sorry for her. I'm impressed that mavic can still follow it with that amount of  blurriness.

No it's not foggy at all, the lens is crystal clear, no dust and such. I've tried to wait several times like more than 5minutes maybe. I've tried it multiple times but no joy. Some samples can be seen on my previous post.

Thanks, is this going to be covered by the warranty? I actually this drone was just came from a repair last april. Can you make the request for me. It doesn't allow me to create one. I'm trying to contact the people where I bought this drone, as there the ones who handled the previous repair

Please refer to the link which I provided in the previous post to contact the Support, they will create a case for you. The aircraft needs to be evaluated after it arrives, it will be covered by warranty if it's product malfunction and within the warranty period.
