Right now who has the best customer service, prices and reliability?

Amazon always has good prices, free shipping, and a stellar return policy (if the item is shipped by Amazon):

If you think you're going to have a ton of questions after the sale or need your hand held through the process, then it would be best to find the closest DJI dealer and buy directly from them.

I bought from Atlanta Hobbies warbishop and they've been super supportive of me.

I live in the area across town. I got a second battery from them. Only thing is, with traffic it can be a 2 hour drive round trip. There is another hobby store in Kennesaw about 8 miles from me that carries the P1 . They claim there going to start carrying the P2 and Vision models shortly. Save me allot of driving time. There batteries are about same cost as EBay, but after paying local tax, i end up paying 10.00 more. I pay for conv. Next battery I get will be of EBay since I have 2 already.

Pacific Coast Hobbies on PCH in Lomita, CA has done a good job for me on my second Phantom 2 so far.  My first was from Amazon and of course there was no support.
