Hello.
In the Phantom 4 manual it talks about calibrating the compass and re-calibrating when compass data is abnormal, when flying in a new location, when mechanical o physical structura has been changed, etc.
Opposite, in the Phantom 4 pro manual, this notes have been eliminated.
Does anybody know why?

Look at an up-to-date manual for the P4 and it says exactly what the manual for the P4 pro does.

You should never need to calibrate your compass unless you add or remove accessories from the Phantom.
If ever you think your app is telling you to, try moving away from the magnetic influence that has upset it.

They need to change the warning in the app to 'move to a new location, away from metal', rather than 'recalibrate compass'.

Compass calibration is recommended when the reminder pops up.

@Sunny D, A proper flying environment is always important. Re-calibrate compass will be helpful to verify.
