I am unable to link my controller to the go app. Is there a way to find out what firmware version the controller is on without connecting to the go app?
Can fly without, so that link is good.

GL300A controller.
The tablet wakes up when the usb is plugged in.
Tried ISO also...

Also is there a way to test the Usb port so I know the data lines are good.

Please try to reset the controller by holding C1, C2 and shutter button. Alternatively, change to another USB cable or recommended mobile to test.

Have done that Susan. Been trying for 6 weeks. Is there a way to test the Usb ports?

Have purchessed another controller, it linked fine.
So my disconnected issue wss with the original controller USB not communicating with the tablet. Will send it in to find the problem. Thank you for uour time.

Diana, it was a screen shot of my log. No not the app, turned out to ne the USB connection type.  All good to go now.

I’ve been having the same issue for a week now. I updated the drone and rc a few weeks ago, but never flew it.
Then I decided to update my iPad one night. The next day I tried to fly, but the app won’t go to the Camera page...it just sits on the main page showing my Phantom 3 Advanced, with the lower button only saying How To Connect. I’ve tried everything I’ve heard so far, but nothing! Any ideas???.?.

I have the same issue and have not been able to get it to work
