I have a DJI Phantom 3 Advanced that needs to be sent in for repairs. After I did a firmware upgrade (controller - 1.9.2, aircraft - 1.11.002), my aircraft won't link to the controller anymore. I spent hours with DJI Support and they all keep telling me to send it in. Then, I asked them to estimate how much it would cost to do that, but they couldn't tell me. Has anybody had any experiences with this??? I need an idea of how much this is gonna cost.

As for repair cost, the aircraft must be evaluated firstly by local team and then quotation will be sent to you.

Initial quote after similar was nearly 300 Euros for my P3P ..... but that included about 90 Euros for physical parts not connected to FW failure.

You can always set up for a repair and the technicians will advise accordingly when they receive the product. You can always choose not to get the aircraft repaired. With that being said, what have you tried to resolve this? You can personally message me to see if I can assist.
