I have a Mavic Pro and a Inspire 1 V2.0

What I would really like is a Matrice 210

Still in doubt between Spark and Mavic.

I have my dream copter, the Mavic !   

An Inspire is nice but there's no way I could get it to the remote locations I want to film.

I did a quality comparison between the Inspire 1 and the Mavic. To get roughly the same image in frame the Inspire had to fly a lot closer to the subject due to the wider lens angle. When zoomed in all the way the quality was the same... maybe even a tiny bit better on the Mavic. I was shocked to find this, but multiple shots showed the same results. These were done at night, so I dont know during the day. So in conclusion, unless you upgrade the camera on the Inspire I would recommend sticking to the Mavic

Inspire 2 with all the fixings...  but I would need a job that would utilize this big birds talents for me to justify such a purchase.  I'll probably settle on the next pro Phantom release.

Mavic Pro... like the size... easy to travel with it...

Inspire 2, doubt ill ever get it though cause of the expense. The Matrice Series seems like a monster too though

Inspire is too big & too expensive.  By the time you buy the bird, batteries, case, the x30 camera, & the memory you're at $8-9K.  You can have a squadron of the regular birds for that price & longer flight time to boot.  Inspire is more for industrial or professional work.

Well, my dream drone was a Mavic Pro (I guess I don't have very high expectations!)

That being said, I picked up my Mavic Pro today!! Everything is sitting here charging. I really want to send it up, but it's slightly windy today... And I'm afraid it will fall out of the sky!! I'm super new to this, and that's a lot of money to come crashing down!!

I can't wait to start learning more about it, and the things that it can do!!

I dreamed of owning goggles, so I sold Inspire 1 and bought goggles and Phantom 4
I dreamed of portability again, so I sold goggles and bought a Spark.
I now own the Phantom 4 and the Spark, but dream of a Mavic again.

All the above since December just gone.
I dream to much.

You have more money than sense!

I'm about to begin freelance drone photography once I obtain my commercial license.  One of the first things I'm going to do once I have enough money is buy a Phantom 4 Professional.  It will become my primary photography drone, with my Phantom 4 becoming my back-up drone.  One way I've determined I'll measure my success will be if I can save up more than enough money to buy an Inspire 2, preferably sometime before next summer.

So my answer is the Inspire 2, but with a Phantom 4 Professional firmly in second place.

This in a Semi-Autonomous Series

I have an inspire 1 pro x5 camera and while it's a nice machine there's not much difference in photo quality with the mavic. Side by side it's hard to tell the difference...

Why would you not consider putting MATRICE 100 mp , although these are much bigger birds they are great birds to fly..

I got the Mavic Pro and Spark (sold my P4 and the buyer crashed it after 2 months).

Also bought a pristine (6hrs flytime) Inspire 1 Ver2 from a a guy with 3 batteries, 2 controllers, backpack, props etc.. for USD 640.

Well, The power of inspire is amazing, it's like owning a piece of classical drone.

But I flew mavic more coz of portability.  

I do want another Phantom 4 series since the P4 I had was swallowed by a river

maybe a P4A for Christmas since it doesn't look like DJI is coming out with a new P4.

But, despite of camera similarity, an Inspire is an Inspire.

Time to dream about a Mavic Platinnum... your dreams are outdated...

i want an inspire 2 pro myself.. but the cost and lack of portability turned me away!   totally worth it if thats is your profession and it will pay itself off, but i dont do nearly as much freelance photography work as i used to to justify it....both price and its size

but one day, ill get an inspire 2 pro just because ill have $7000 to burn... whenever that day will come..

I had a P3s for a couple of months then got a MP combo and fine for me its perfect
