As a beginner I am at level 17 what dose this mean and how do you improve your level?

Level?? Fly more distance..always remember sync flight log after ur flights..

What level do you need to be to make Grand Master of the Sky?

It's a good beginning. The level will go up slowly after synchronizing the flight records.

I dunno, but I think that level is below " Lord of all the universe".
