Hello DJI

If I open your database map from the GO App I get this picture:

Southern of Aakirkeby its only two green cicles.

If I go to the mapview during flying with the Spark connected, I get this picture:

The zones southern of Aakirkeby are not cycles, but have recangular shapes. The circles are only the maximum diameter from the rectangular shapes.

This somehow fits to the "official shape" from http://zzz42drone.naviair.dk/


Besides this recangular zone was "activated" the last days, the airport left is missing in the live mapview and DJI has got no information about the green area in the middle of the island and the blue areas.
I think these no flight zone definitions are a big mess without any standardization.
If you go to the regulation sheet for the green zone "

Natura 2000"

its only applicable for "motor airplanes", not for drones. Forbidden or not?

DJI is not very clear about it's sources for their NFZ system.
At least not when I asked about a specific warning zone.
I noticed they had some variations between the official map for drone flying in the Netherlands as well.
Unfortunately the drone only reacts to DJI database, but if you want to be on the safe side of the law, at least follow your counties publications.

DJI NFZ's have nothing common with real world maps. Rely on that real ones, not DJI, because you may have troubles.

Jojo,please notice that some countries are using GRO system, so I have to know the area to check information.
Currently, there are 17 countries use this system, including United States, Canada, Mexico, Germany, France,United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Switzerland, Portugal, Andorra, UAE.

I cannot read something about GRO system. What is it? I can read something about GEO system which are the enhanced warning zones.
What else can I say to the location than Bornholm?
Coordinates?

Since you are in Denmark, your drone will use the map provided by GEO system. It means that if you want to check the no fly zone in our website, you should choose GEO system.
When you fly in warning zone, you may receive a warning message, tap "Yes", then you can fly in this area. But you should be more careful as it can be a protected wildlife area.
